Speaker Instructions

Instructions for all speakers at the DoD Commercial SATCOM Users Workshop:

• All briefings must be cleared for public release and foreign release
• Briefings should be in PowerPoint format; speakers should bring a copy of their briefing to the workshop on memory stick, CD-ROM or DVD
• Briefings will be posted to the website following the workshop; speakers should advise the organizers in advance if release of any of their presented information should be restricted
• Personal photography will not be allowed in the conference room; the organizers will have an official photographer throughout the workshop; by registering for the workshop, participants agree to have any photos taken during the event published on the workshop website and used in promotion of this event
